At Bakezaar, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality cakes and desserts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality and hygiene.

🎂 1. NO RETURN POLICY

All Bakezaar products are non-returnable once delivered.

This is because cakes and desserts are perishable food items and cannot be resold.

💸 2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged during delivery

• Wrong product delivered

• Product is stale or not fit for consumption

• Order not delivered

👉 Important: You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

To process a refund, customers must provide:

• Clear photos/videos of the product

• Order details (Order ID / Phone Number)

Without proof, refund requests may not be accepted.

If approved, Bakezaar may offer:

• Full refund

• Partial refund

• Replacement product

• Store credit / coupon

(Decision depends on the issue severity)

⏱️ 5. REFUND PROCESS TIME

• Refund approval: Within 24–48 hours

• Refund credit: Within 5–7 business days (depending on payment method)

🚫 6. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Wrong address or contact details provided

• Delivery attempt failed due to customer unavailability

• Minor design/color variation (custom cakes)

• Change of mind after order confirmation

• Taste preference issues

🎉 7. CUSTOMIZED CAKES

Customized and personalized cakes are non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Major design mismatch

• Quality issues

For orders placed through Bakezaar franchise outlets:

• Refunds will be handled by the respective outlet under Bakezaar guidelines

• Bakezaar may intervene in case of disputes
